Chicken reshmi kebab
Ingredients:
- Boneless Skinless Chicken – approx 1/2 kg
- Heavy Whipping Cream – 1/2 cup
- Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 Tbsp
- Ground Mint Leaves – 1 Tbsp
- Ground Coriander Leaves – 1 Tbsp
- Ground Green Chilies – to taste
- Salt – to taste
Method:
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients to prepare the marinade.
- 3. Add Chicken and mix well.
- 4. Cover and keep in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 4-6 hours.
- 6. Pierce the chicken onto skewers and place on a baking sheet and coat them with oil.
- 7. Grill in the oven on top shelf for 10 minutes.
- 8. Turn chicken over and continue to grill for another 5 – 7 minutes, until light brown.
- Serve with green salad, lemon and your favourite sauce.
